High temperatures for Thursday for the coastal areas: 70 to 80, western valleys and inland Orange County: 79 to 86, inland valleys: 83 to 90, mountains between 4000 feet and 7000 feet: 70 to 80, high desert: 86 to 90, low desert: 98 to 102.
Slightly warmer than Thursday for the mountains and deserts with not much change for the coast and valleys. High temperatures for Friday for the coastal areas: 70 to 80, western valleys and inland Orange County: 79 to 86, inland valleys: 83 to 90, mountains between 4000 feet and 7000 feet: 71 to 81, high desert: 87 to 92, low desert: 98 to 104.
Likely the hottest day of the week for the inland valleys with an 80-95% chance of high temperatures of 100 degrees or more in the low deserts.
Less hot on Saturday. Many inland areas will be several degrees cooler while the deserts stay hot.
